X-TrainFit XTFMAX Circuit Burnout

Stephanie leads this 39 min high intensity cardio & toning interval workout with 3 backgrounders, all showing various modifications. You will need dumbbells or exercise tubing for this workout.

Stephanie does this pyramid style going from 10 counts each to 8 each. After a warm up, exercises include lunge jumps, tuck moguls, star jacks, single leg jump rope, Mt climber frog hops, plie calf raises, long jump up & hop back, jack - scissors, side lying tri pushups, lunge kicks, elevator planks, and a cool down.

I rate this a high intermediate routine following Stephanie but there are modifiers from beginner to advanced so make the workout your own. This is mostly cardio with some light toning breaks. I love the athletic nature and modifier options. I received this DVD to review.
